WELCOME TO THE FUTURE AND THE PAST AND THE DARK CORNERS OF YOUR HEART

WELCOME TO THE FUTURE AND THE PAST AND THE DARK CORNERS OF YOUR HEART

The doorway to the future is now open. Please don't attempt to bribe Madame Sosostris with promises of sweets and exotic teas. She accepts no fees for her readings, believing that to take coin for such a gift would condemn her to the land of the dead and a hereafter of giant, talking centipedes.

Emeraldcite

Your reading is about gaining knowledge and completing an important phase of your life.

The Magician tells me you are dealing with a lot of creative energy which you hope to use to get your message out. Immediately influencing this attempt is Justice. This could mean you are dealing with legal issues, but it could also mean you are finding ways to balance your life and days in order to deal with your creative energy. Your current goal is to acquire more knowledge and wisdom. In the distant past, we find the Devil. In the past, your own negativity held you back. That is tied to the next card, Temperance, which means that through maturity and reflection, you've been able to adapt and push away the negativity. Future influence is Judgment. Judgment means that you will experience an awakening and a powerful transformation. As you stand in the doorway between the present and the future, you are impacted by choices (the Fool). These choices will lead to a new and exciting chapter in your life. Domestically, we find Death. This could mean you've recently moved, or recently experienced a break up. Emotionally, we find the High Priestess. You are an emotional person who is guided by hidden influences and intuition. The overview card that impacts all the other cards is the Moon. This could mean that these things will more easily come to pass once you've completed a major cycle - which you are in the process of doing right now.

Excellent. It's funny how readings relate to life. I've had a few in the past and have had, how shall we say, fairly accurate outcomes.

Life is full of that insufferable chaos and unpredictability, but somewhere in that swarm of discomfort we glimmers of hope.

Thanks for taking the time to do a reading for me. I appreciate it.

you're very welcome! i enjoyed doing it. good practice for me! i think we look for what relates to us in these things, but sometimes when reading my own i'm surprised by how the same damn card will keep turning up in the same spot no matter how many times i spread them out.
